Gate to the Golden Garden is a 10 minute spoken word guided journey, accompanied by a beautiful dawn chorus recorded live in the Ashdown Forest, UK. A child comes upon a Golden Garden meeting magical birds who want to share their wisdom.
This magical journey integrates; storytelling, guided mindful breathing and poetry, delivered slowly and softly to assist peaceful sleeping.
