Silver Stream, Silver Dream is a 20 minute spoken word guided magical journey, accompanied by the recording of a real running stream, a child discovers how this Silver Stream can help float worries away.
This magical journey integrates; storytelling, guided mindful breathing and poetry, delivered slowly and softly to assist peaceful sleeping or daytime rest.
The final 10 minutes are just the pure sounds of the stream, giving a full 20 minutes to reach a deep, peaceful sleep.
