COACHING with Rebecca

Who are you?

Are you feeling that there is ‘something more,’ and unsure of what steps to take, where to turn, who to trust?
Do you sometimes ‘play safe’ when deep down, you crave to shine?
Do you have some awareness of spiritual practises but are unsure of how to integrate them, or how to go deeper?
Do you feel like you are ‘in the wrong job’? Deep down crave a different path but are not sure how to make the first step to do it?
Are you struggling to manage some relationships, or develop boundaries?
Do you feel you sometimes undervalue yourself and would love to step forward confidently with individual grace, style and confidence.
Do you have an awareness of healthy foods, yet struggle to implement them consistently and confidently?
Do you feel joyful when wearing and being around colour, yet find it hard to move away from wearing black, (or other dark colours)?
Do you ‘play safe’ when your soul craves to take some risk?
For change to happen, YOU:
- are willing to ‘do the work’ and are eager to make changes.
- know that when you enjoy that ‘child like’ connection, it brings you joy, and are seeking how to cultivate it, in an ‘every day way’.
- can move forward and create a more harmonious, balanced, healthy and joyful life
- are open to receiving support and guidance to connect you to the pathways of; joy, colour, celebration, confidence, and peace.

How do I support you?

This page is currently being updated,. text being added shortly.

I’ve had to work hard, taking care of my own inner child, to overcome childhood challenges and actively pursue; joy, adventure, new experiences, and developing a sense of nurturing the ‘little stuff’ that brings daily joy, alongside the ‘big stuff’.
I adore and deeply resonate with children of all ages and I still work with them, creating dynamic workshops focused around their emotional development.

“My character is an interplay of grounded and cosmic”

What has kept me afloat in difficult times is not being inhibited by traditional expectations, and now, as I ‘age’; not to let that affect me either!

Life is for celebrating, taking our gifts and sharing them for others to enjoy. I’ve been writing my kaleidoscopic spoken for almost 20 years and have performed live on main stages at festivals and made films - Goddess is out soon! I naturally roam in creative realms, making little videos which are posted on my main YT channel and my YT 4Kids channel and Social Media.

When we creatively respond to our environment, the separation of ‘'being entertained’ diminishes and a natural joy develops.

It’s the daily pleasures that can provide ongoing fun and joy, essentially releasing what we think others may think of us. We are born free to express and shine! As for the ‘Big Stuff’ I have been bold and courageous in my travels, including a solo overland journey from South China to England in 1989 with little planning, an inner sense of trust and a great openness to explore and receive. A life time of exploring has given me the great gift of cultivating a global awareness of our interconnectedness, instilling in me how I am a ‘micro of the macro’.

Some relevant accreditations: B.A.(Hons) 1986, PGCE 1994, Reiki Levels I and II 2007,

I am co founder of Peace Button, the Mindful Movement for children and Well Being Director for the Academy of Hope, an education initiative for children in N.W. India.

What’s kept me afloat in difficult times are tools and practises, which bring joy, light and support. Many of these have been cultivated and I’ve worked hard to break some habits! (A work in progress!) These include spontaneity, dressing up, supporting others and making a commitment to evolve and grow through un self conscious natural joyfully driven actions.

I love cultivating natural curiosity, revelling in lavish colour and working at my passion to help make life more exuberant for others.
