Testimonial for Children’s Playshops

Part of our Easter Mix - Outdoor,Indoor Playshops - an interweaving of ceremonial nature activities, and indoor craft, mindfulness, yoga and story telling.
Out of the blue, I received an Instagram notification containing a testimonial from a parent. I did not ask her to create this, I promise! Rebecca Rainbow.

Abril went to a beautiful Easter Mix 2-day workshop, run by this very talented children's expert, that we are fortunate to have in the village.
Among the mindful activities they did, both outdors and indoors, were: creating an offering to thank Mother Earth by the river using natural materials, making a circle of gratitude with flowers, and also learning about all the wonderful things that trees do for us.
They sang songs for the big oak tree, practised juggling, read stories, did crafty activities that were fun and helped the children to concentrate.
They also went to the local farm to visit the newborn piglets! 🐖🐖🐖
A very beautiful and meaningful part of the workshop, was to learn to use their belly buttons, as their internal "Peace Buttons", by singing a chant that says: "Peace inside" = "Peace Outside" = "Peace in the World"

At the end of the 2-day workshop, the children received from Rebecca Rainbow a "wishing egg" to take home for Easter. The best of all, is that it shimmers and shines, and it's not an egg that can be eaten!
